What happens after you submit
We read your request, and if the details are clear enough we send a written estimate within one business day. If something is ambiguous, such as the surface material or how much area is involved, you get an email asking rather than a number guessed high. Once you approve the quote, your job is scheduled around your availability.
Does an estimate cost anything?
No. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. If your job is not worth doing, or another trade should handle it, you will be told that instead of quoted for it.
What we will not quote
We clean exterior surfaces. We do not seal or stain after cleaning, we do not repair concrete, roofs, siding, or gutters, we do not clean interiors, and we do not work above three storeys. Ask anyway if you are unsure, and you will be pointed at the right trade.
