The variables that affect commercial pricing (building size and height, surface type and condition, access logistics, scheduling requirements, and whether the work is a one-time clean or part of a maintenance contract) make per-property assessment the only accurate approach.
We provide free commercial estimates for shopping centers, office buildings, HOA communities, warehouses, parking facilities, and government properties throughout St. Johns County. Turnaround on commercial estimates is typically within two to three business days of the site visit.

We give free estimates for all residential and commercial jobs. For most residential properties, we can estimate from photos you send us: we will ask for photos of the surfaces to be cleaned, the approximate square footage, and your address to confirm service area. For larger residential jobs and all commercial properties, we prefer a site visit so we can assess surface conditions, access, and any factors that would affect the quote.
When you receive an estimate from us, it is the price for the job as described. We do not quote low and then find reasons to add costs on the day of service. If we arrive and find conditions that are materially different from what we estimated, such as a surface that is far more contaminated than the photos showed or access problems that require different equipment, we will discuss it before we start, not after we finish.
